Nicola Trezzi: Minimal Actions, Juxtaposed: Efrat Natan and her proximity
In his lecture Nicola Trezzi, independent curator and lecturer at the Bezalel Academy in Tel Aviv, focuses on the artistic language of Efrat Natan. Materials, in particular, are carriers of conceptual meaning. Her personal mythologies, which draw on the tradition of Joseph Beuys and Joan Jonas, also raise questions about social values.
An event of the Museum Villa Stuck and the Evangelical City Academy Munich. Lecture in English. Free admission with ticket to the exhibition. The exhibition will remain open until the lecture begins.

Lecture and discussion
Wed, 17 January 2018 | 7 pm
Focus on Nahum Tevet
Raphael Rubinstein, art critic and poet, and Thierry de Duve, art historian and Marcel Duchamp expert, present Tevet’s work in brief lectures and discuss his work with the artist himself. De Duve teaches at Hunter College in New York where, in 2016, he presented Nahum Tevet’s Works on Glass for the first time in an exhibition. Both discuss Tevet’s radical approach, which continues the tradition of Duchamp and attests to the direct influence of Robert Rauschenberg.
An event of the Museum Villa Stuck. Conversation in English. Free admission with ticket to the exhibition. The exhibition will remain open until the discussion begins.
